Call intelligence for home services

Turn more phone calls
into booked jobs

CallVue listens to every inbound call, evaluates how your front office handled it against your playbook, and shows you exactly where bookings are won and lost, so your team books more of the calls you already pay to get.

If your phone system can hand off a call recording, CallVue can work with it.

No new phone system. No new scheduler. No change to how your team answers.

Proof, not opinion

Which habits actually
move your booking rate

CallVue compares the calls where a behavior happened against the calls where it did not, on your own calls. Some of what your playbook asks for moves the number. Some of it does not, and you should know which is which.

Coached behavior Booked when met Booked when missed Lift
Confirm no additional questions 48% n=108 27% n=85 +21 pt
Call signoff 41% n=194 23% n=22 +18 pt
Gathered and confirmed property info 42% n=172 32% n=38 +10 pt
Confirmed caller's information 33% n=117 25% n=53 +8 pt
Probing questions for needs 39% n=150 32% n=22 +7 pt
Explained the four-point inspection 19% n=32 41% n=59 -22 pt

Example from a live account. Lift is observational rather than causal, and CallVue shows the call count behind every row so you can judge how far to trust it.

What it's worth

Put a dollar figure on
the calls you're losing

Impact · last 60 days

$118,828 in booking opportunity on the table

Across 130 booking opportunities still open in the window. Every point of booking rate you win back is worth about $1,052 a month.

Value of +1 pt booking rate $1,052/mo About $12,622 a year, at roughly $914 per job
Booking opportunities 227 86 booked, 11 canceled, 130 still open
Opportunity on the table $118,828 Open opportunities times your average job value

Job values come from your scheduler, so this is your pricing rather than an industry average. Booked-then-canceled jobs are left out, because a lost job is not still winnable. Example from a live account.

Integrations

Works with the tools
you already use

If your phone system exposes call recordings through its API, we can connect it. Here is what is live today and what we set up during onboarding.

Phone systems
Connected AirCall On request RingCentral Dialpad 3CX Calls and recordings flow in automatically. The systems above expose recordings through their API, so we wire them up during onboarding. Running something else? Ask us and we will check it.
Schedulers
Connected Keystone ISN Booking-opportunity calls are matched to confirmed orders, so booking rate reflects real bookings rather than an estimate.
No integration needed
Always available CSV import Recording upload Works with any setup, including one we have never seen. Drop in recordings and start evaluating calls the same day.

Not seeing yours? Most systems with an API can be connected. Ask and we will confirm before you commit to anything.

FAQ

Frequently asked
questions

Do I need to change my phone system?

No. CallVue connects to what you already run. AirCall is connected today, and systems like RingCentral, Dialpad and 3CX expose recordings through their API, so we set those up during onboarding. If none of that applies, you can upload recordings directly and skip the integration entirely.

How does CallVue know our booking rate?

It matches each booking-opportunity call to a real order in your scheduler (Keystone or ISN), so booking rate is grounded in actual bookings, not a guess.

Is it just for home inspection companies?

It's built for home inspection teams first, but it fits any appointment-based home service that books jobs over the phone.

How is each call evaluated?

Against your own playbook. CallVue checks the things you have decided matter: whether the rep followed your process, whether what they told the caller was accurate, and whether they asked for the booking. It also flags the softer problems a checklist misses, like a caller who came away confused about what a service actually includes. Every call is evaluated the same way, and every finding is tied back to what was said.

How is Inbound different from a normal answering service?

An answering service takes a message. Inbound actually works the call: it asks the same qualifying questions your playbook calls for, handles the usual objections, and books the job into your scheduler. And because it runs on that same playbook, you can evaluate it next to your team instead of guessing how it did. You can run Inbound on its own or add it to CallVue.

What does the training simulator do?

Reps practice tough calls with a realistic AI caller right in the browser, then get feedback on how they handled it, so they build the habit before it costs you a real booking.
