Cost comparison
What are you paying
per booked job?
Most answering setups bill a monthly base fee and then a second fee every time they book a job for you. The base fee is the number you remember. The per-job fee is usually the larger half. Put your own invoice numbers in and see both totals.
Add your monthly call volume and the comparison appears here.

What this does
and does not count
- It counts
- The two fees on your current invoice, the CallVue plan your call volume needs, and any minutes beyond that plan's allowance. Nothing here is an assumption about your business. Every figure is one you typed.
- It does not count
- Setup, which is quoted separately on both sides. Contract length or minimums your current agreement may carry. Anything either service bills outside the two fees above. If your invoice has a third line on it, tell us on the call and we will work it in.
- It does not assume
- That we book at the same rate you book today. Booking rates vary too much between offices to bake one in, so calls received and jobs booked are separate inputs and neither is derived from the other. Change one without the other and the arithmetic still holds. What we will state plainly is this: the agent follows the process you define and gives out the information it is trained on, correctly, on every call it takes. It does not have an off day, skip a step when the phone is busy, or forget what it was told in onboarding.
Bring your last invoice to the demo. We will run these numbers with you and show you the working. Wondering what better booking is worth on top of this? The booking impact page works out what a point of booking rate is worth to you.
