Booking impact

What is one point of
booking rate worth?

Coaching is worth whatever a point of booking rate is worth to you, and that depends entirely on your call volume and your job values. This page will not tell you how far your team will improve. It tells you what the movement is worth, and how little of it covers the plan.

Reading the result

This is not
a projection

A calculator that hands you a predicted improvement has invented the only number that mattered. This one refuses to, and gives you the arithmetic to judge the bet yourself.

It counts
Your call volume, your average job value, and a booking rate worked out from the two. Every figure is one you typed or one arithmetic derived from what you typed.
It assumes no improvement
The break-even figure holds your booking rate exactly where it is and asks only how far it would have to move before the plan pays for itself. That is the number we are willing to stand behind, because it contains no claim about your team at all. The lift rows below it are steps to read across, not a forecast.
What we will say
We do not know what your booking rate will do until we have looked at your calls, and anyone who tells you otherwise before that is guessing. What CallVue does is show you which calls were winnable, evaluate them against your playbook, and tell you which coached behaviors moved the number on your own calls rather than someone else's.
It does not count
Setup, which is quoted separately. Anything you win from a better customer experience that does not show up as a booked job, which is real and which we are not going to put a number on. On a revenue basis it also ignores the cost of delivering the extra work, so switch to gross profit if you want the tighter figure.

Already paying a base fee plus a fee on every booked job? The cost comparison works out what that adds up to.
